Inc. (NYSE:GAS), and was founded in
1963 as one of the leading containerized
cargo carriers to The Bahamas and The
Caribbean. From our headquarters at
the Port of Palm Beach, Tropical
currently operates 18 vessels ranging in
size from 260’ to 491’, serves more than
28 ports with 43 office and receive
locations throughout the U.S., Canada,
Bahamas, Caribbean, and Puerto Rico.
In addition to providing ocean freight
services for Full Container Load and
Less than Container Load shipments
from North America to the Caribbean
and the Bahamas, Tropical also
prepares freight documentation,
provides inland transportation,
comprehensive marine insurance,
airfreight services, operates
transportation services between the
various islands of the Bahamas and the
Caribbean and also partners with other
