🚢 Leadership Skills Development Training, 4-7 May in Barbados

We are proud to share that we recently accommodated a Strategic Leadership Development Training with the support of the EU Delegation in Barbados, FIAP, Suriname Port Training Institute (SPTI), and Port of Antwerp-Bruges International.

Leaders from 13 Caribbean port authorities, from Barbados to Suriname, were gathed to tackle the complexities of modern maritime logistics.
Our goal: Moving beyond day-to-day operations to master:
✅ Strategic Thinking for long-term resilience. ✅ Effective Delegation to empower our teams. ✅ KPI-driven Management for sharper accountability.
✅ Executive Reporting that speaks to boards and stakeholders.
