ABOUT THE DIRECTOR
Tim Smith is port operations and development specialist with over 18 years of experience; and the owner of Maris Port Solutions Ltd. Tim developed his skills managing hands on stevedoring operations in the UK and the Caribbean, before moving into the Port Consulting sector and working with Clients in the Middle East and India.
Tim’s expertise crosses the division between project and port operation, using his port operations knowledge, to assist the designers, and advise stakeholders, to produce a more functional design and specification that benefits operations and eases the transition to commercial activities at terminal start up.
